Method 1:

1. Wash the raw walnut kernels and cook them in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Method 2:

1. Heat the oil, pour in the walnut kernels and fry slowly over medium heat until the white walnut kernels turn slightly yellow, then drain the oil and remove from the pan;

2. Remove the oil from the pot, add two spoons of water and bring to a boil, add sugar until it melts; pour in the walnut kernels and stir-fry slowly; (The key: less water and more sugar)
