If it is more serious, it will also cause people to lose their normal ability to move.

How to treat hand joint rheumatism?

1. Commonly used anti-rheumatic drugs include methotrexate, oral or intravenous sulfasalazine, starting from a small dose and gradually increasing, as well as auranofin, leflunomide, cyclosporine, hydroxychloroquine, total glucosides of white paeony, etc. In addition, Yunke, i.e. technetium methylene diphosphonate injection, is an isotope in a non-excited state. It has a rapid onset of effect in treating rheumatoid arthritis and relieves symptoms with fewer adverse reactions.

2. The treatment of rheumatism is to reduce the inflammatory response of the joints, inhibit the development of the lesions, protect the functions of the joints and muscles as much as possible, and ultimately achieve the goal of alleviating the condition and reducing the activity of the disease. Treatment includes early treatment, combination medication and individualized treatment plans.

3. Drug treatment should be determined based on the patient's actual situation, that is, the treatment plan should be individualized. Drug treatment mainly includes slow-acting antirheumatic drugs, immunosuppressants, biologics, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The most commonly used drugs are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which can have antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects. They are commonly used drugs for the treatment of such diseases and are suitable for patients at every stage of rheumatoid arthritis. Symptoms can be relieved with the help of drugs such as nabumetone, meloxicam, diclofenac, and celecoxib.

4. Glucocorticoids are also commonly used to treat rheumatoid diseases, but the use of this drug requires meeting a variety of conditions. If rheumatoid arthritis includes multiple mononeuritis, serositis, iritis or rheumatoid pneumonia, it can be used. Patients should start using it at a small dose during treatment, and the use of hormones should be reduced when the condition is under control.

5. Patients need to correctly understand the impact of rheumatoid arthritis on the body, build self-confidence, overcome the disease, and actively take medication under the guidance of a doctor. Patients with obvious joint swelling and pain need to rest more and avoid frequent joint movements. After the swelling and pain are relieved, they need to pay attention to functional exercises of the joints. In addition, auxiliary treatments such as physical therapy and topical medications are inevitable and can quickly relieve joint symptoms.
