Ringworm is a skin disease that initially causes the pores to form round spots. These small rashes have very clear edges at first, and eventually merge into some snow-like objects. They will get better in the winter and begin to spread in the summer, causing great harm to the body and even spreading to other parts of the body. The initial lesions are circular punctate macules surrounding the pores, which gradually increase to the size of a nail plate with clear edges. Adjacent lesions may merge into large irregular patches, with new macules appearing around them. The surface is covered with a small amount of bran-like scales that are easily peeled off, ranging from gray, brown to yellow-brown, and sometimes multiple colors coexist, resembling spots. The longer the time, the lighter the spots. The rash has no inflammatory reaction and occasionally causes mild itching. The lesions often occur on the chest and back, but may also affect the neck, face, armpits, abdomen, shoulders and upper arms. It is generally more common in young and middle-aged men. The course of the disease is chronic, with the rash decreasing or disappearing in winter but recurring in summer. Seborrheic dermatitis and vernal dermatitis are common facial tinea in young people. The two are similar, both manifesting as irregular and clearly defined erythema, papules, scales or crusts of varying sizes, usually seen on the face and sometimes spreading to the neck. In addition to varying degrees of itching and burning, there is also a feeling of dryness and pain, which is especially obvious when exposed to wind or after washing the face. This disease often occurs in people with dry skin or excessive sebum secretion, and is related to factors such as endocrine disorders, indigestion, eating irritating foods, vitamin deficiencies, using inferior skin care products, and exposure to wind and sun. For various peach blossom ringworm diseases, attention should be paid to comprehensive prevention and treatment. To treat the cause of the disease, avoid eating irritating foods, avoid exposure to wind and sun, and stop using inferior moisturizers. Live a regular life, limit foods high in fat and sugar, avoid drinking alcohol, and eat more fresh vegetables. Do not use ringworm medicine indiscriminately for peach blossom ringworm. You can take vitamin B complex tablets orally and apply 5% sulfur ointment externally. The Chinese medicine prescription is 10 grams each of angelica, raw rehmannia, siler, cicada shell, anemarrhena, sophora flavescens, sesame, schizonepeta, atractylodes, schizonepeta, gypsum, and 5 grams each of akebia and licorice. Take as a decoction, 1 dose per day. Children should take half the dose. |
