Is there a white substance coming out of the acne on your chin?

The situation where white objects are squeezed out of pimples on the chin is generally called acne. Generally speaking, there are many reasons for acne. If the human skin is oily, the sebaceous glands are generally very active, and the pores are easily clogged. If the pores are clogged, it will cause acne on the face. If you have acne on your face, you need to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, keep your bowel movements smooth, and combine work and rest.

Pustular acne is an inflammatory skin disease that presents as white or yellow spots with a reddish border. When the disease is mild, it manifests as a small number of pustules that can heal on their own over time. When the condition is severe, many pimples are clearly visible and require treatment.

What factors can cause pustular acne? Pustular acne is associated with four factors:

①Excessive secretion of oil;

②Pores are clogged;

③ Bacterial infection (overgrowth of a normal skin parasite called Propionibacterium acnes);

④ In order to resist bacterial infection, the body's white blood cells are attracted to gather at the infected area.

Over time, white blood cells migrate to the surface of the skin, causing pustular acne, which is a white spot in the center surrounded by a red halo. Inside the pustules are some necrotic skin cells, bacteria, and white blood cells.

How is pustular acne treated? At any time, the best treatment is prevention to stop pustular acne from happening. Minor pustules can subside with healthy skin care. When pustules and acne are serious, they should be treated as soon as possible. External application of Chinese medicine is a good choice and will not irritate the skin a second time.

What are the dangers of squeezing pustular acne? If you squeeze the pustules, the bacteria, white blood cells, etc. in the pus will spread, causing damage and infection to the deep skin tissues, thus aggravating acne and causing skin swelling and scarring.

Is it necessary to take oral anti-inflammatory drugs to treat pustular acne? For mild to moderate pustular acne, oral anti-inflammatory drugs are not necessary; for extensive moderate pustular acne or severe pustular acne, oral anti-inflammatory drugs are recommended. On the one hand, anti-inflammatory drugs can control the infection of Propionibacterium acnes, and on the other hand, they have anti-inflammatory effects.

What kind of anti-inflammatory drugs can be taken to treat pustular acne? Can I take cefuroxime? For the treatment of pustular acne, you can take doxycycline, minocycline, etc. orally, because these drugs can effectively control the infection of Propionibacterium acnes and have anti-inflammatory effects. You should not take cephalosporins because they are ineffective against Propionibacterium acnes and have no anti-inflammatory effect.
