For example, a country ordered a batch of latex paint in January and agreed to deliver it in March, but in March the other country raised tariffs on building materials. There are countless cases like this in China, from toys to leather shoes to fasteners. After something like this happens, the foreign trade company's practice is to transport the goods to the bonded area, use connections to complete the formalities, and then ship the goods out. The paint then becomes legal, and then they look for a large latex paint agent to negotiate the transfer. This is why some latex paint agents will sell a bucket of coded paint and give away a bucket of uncoded paint when wholesale. Of course, this batch of latex paint does not have the mainland's identification code.

Of course, this reason is not entirely due to the increase in tariffs. Some trading companies transport paint to bonded areas under the guise of humanitarian aid, and then ship it out again in the name of other commodities with very low tariffs. In this way, the whole barrel of paint pays almost no tax. This kind of speculation method is common for many commodities.

The third type is fake latex paint. Fake latex paint without code, but generally counterfeit ones will have codes, so that they can be mistaken for the real thing.

How to distinguish true from false

4. Brush

Real latex paint is smooth to apply and has strong covering power. The fake ones have no covering power and are not very hard after drying.

5. Pull

6. Try

Use your fingers to apply some latex paint and rub it. It feels rough without any sand particles, and feels smooth after washing with water.
