1. Slice the pork belly, add oyster sauce and soy sauce, mix well and set aside. Cut the Hangzhou pepper and beauty pepper into two halves respectively and set aside.

2. Put the chopped Hangzhou pepper and beauty pepper into a wok and stir-fry until soft. Take out and add oil to the wok. Then add the pork belly, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry evenly. Add cooking wine and then add the stir-fried Hangzhou pepper and beauty pepper. Add steamed fish soy sauce, soy sauce, MSG and sesame oil to season and serve.

Choose the spicier green pepper and cut it into dice, slice the fatty front leg of the pork into fat and lean slices respectively, and slice the garlic. Heat more oil in a pan, add garlic slices, green pepper slices, and fat slices and stir-fry until fragrant, and continue to stir-fry until the surface of the green pepper becomes slightly tiger-skin-like. Add the meat slices, season with salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and chicken essence, and stir-fry over high heat.

400g pork belly, 100g Hunan small green pepper, 1 red pepper, ginger, onion, garlic, salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, steamed fish sauce, MSG,

Hunan stir-fried pork recipe

1. Prepare the ingredients; cut green and red peppers into strips, slice pork belly, and dice ginger and garlic

2. Heat oil in a pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the pork belly changes color, then add the minced ginger and garlic.

3. Add bean paste, cooking wine and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry until fragrant, then add green and red peppers and stir-fry together.

Cooking Tips

Because of the heat in the body, I can’t eat spicy food. Friends who like spicy food can replace it with hot peppers.

Nutritional Value

It is not suitable to use tenderloin for this dish, but leg meat is the best choice. This way the fried meat slices will be tender and chewy. It is better to have more oil than less, and you can add more fat. Be sure to stir-fry the green peppers and other ingredients for a long time. If you stir-fry them too short, they will not be fragrant enough. When stir-frying, use high heat and move quickly!
