There are bumps on my chest

Skin problems are one of the most common diseases in our lives. Both allergic skin diseases and acne are very common conditions. But there is one situation that you probably rarely encounter. Then there will be lumps on the chest. If these conditions occur seasonally, it is likely allergic eczema. Of course, in addition to these symptoms, it should also be accompanied by itching, redness, swelling, etc.

Allergic eczema is a common inflammatory skin disease with clinical characteristics of polymorphic rash, exudative tendency, symmetrical distribution, and severe itching. The disease is prone to recurrence and may not heal for many years. The occurrence and development of allergic eczema are related to various factors.

Due to individual differences, differences may occur between different individuals or within the same individual at different times. In addition to dietary factors, inhaled substances such as pollen, dust, mites, bacteria and fungal infections on the body surface, changes in living environment, and various substances that are contacted may become common external causes of allergic eczema. Lesions in the body, such as tonsillitis, cholecystitis, neuropsychiatric factors, changes in endocrine and metabolic conditions, such as menstruation and pregnancy, may all become the main internal causes of allergic eczema. Allergic eczema causes

1. External factors

Such as chemicals, cosmetics, fragrances, dyes, detergents, animal toxins, foreign proteins such as eggs, fish, shrimp and milk, pollen, dust, bacterial infection, sun exposure, cold, scratching, etc.

2. Internal factors: allergic constitution, metabolic, endocrine or digestive tract disorders, neuropsychiatric dysfunction, excessive fatigue, mental stress, lesion infection, intestinal parasitic disease, varicose veins, hyperhidrosis, dry skin, etc. Pathogenesis of eczema

It is a delayed hypersensitivity reaction caused by complex internal and external factors. But some eczema is not related to allergies. Changes in patient responsiveness often involve multiple factors, some of which are still unclear and require further study.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is often caused by improper diet, alcoholism or excessive consumption of spicy, stimulating and fishy foods, which damage the spleen and stomach, causing the spleen to fail to function properly, resulting in internal accumulation of dampness and heat, and external invasion of rheumatism and heat. The two evils inside and outside fight against each other, fill the pores, and penetrate the skin to cause this disease. Or it may be due to physical weakness, the spleen being the cause of dampness, and the skin being malnourished. Or it may be due to long-term accumulation of dampness and heat, which consumes yin blood, turns into dryness and generates wind, resulting in blood deficiency, wind-dryness, and cracked skin and nails.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that wind evil, damp evil, heat evil, blood deficiency, and insect infestation are the main causes of disease. The treatment with purple chrysanthemum paste is based on the principles of dispelling wind and dampness, clearing away heat and detoxifying, nourishing blood and moistening dryness, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, so as to achieve the effects of expelling evil, strengthening the body, relieving itching and curing. The good efficacy of the medicine has been confirmed by more than 90% of patients. With the strong support of the state for traditional Chinese medicine, it has now been listed as a national intangible cultural heritage, and relevant information can be found on the Internet.
