For example, "Lingshu Jueqi" says: "The upper burner opens up, spreads the flavors of the five grains, fumigates the skin, fills the body, and moisturizes the hair, like irrigation by fog and dew." "Lingshu Yanju" says: "The upper burner releases air to warm the flesh, nourish the bones and joints, and unclog the pores." If the lungs fail to expand due to exogenous wind and cold, it will cause breathing difficulties, chest tightness, wheezing and coughing; the Wei Qi is suppressed and the pores are blocked, which may cause chills and no sweating; the body fluids are retained in the body and turn into phlegm and fluid, blocking the airway, which will cause breathing difficulties, wheezing and coughing and inability to lie down.
