In the cold winter, everyone likes to stay in the warm house, so they rarely do exercise. There are many differences between winter sports and summer sports, especially in the choice of sports methods. In summer we can exercise outdoors, but in winter, it is better to participate in some indoor sports. At the same time, body pain is more intense in winter, so you must pay attention to sports accidents.

In modern society, the pace of life and work is very fast, and the human body is in a state of overload for a long time. As the saying goes, "Life lies in movement." Proper physical exercise has a good effect on promoting human health, and winter sports can also exercise people's willpower.

In winter, the temperature is low and the air is relatively clean (except for the smog weather in the north), which makes the respiratory tract comfortable and promotes blood circulation throughout the body. It can naturally increase the amount of exercise and accelerate the consumption of calories. If exercising in the summer means sweating profusely, the advantage of exercising in the winter is that it brings about a slimming effect quietly.

In winter, you should choose aerobic exercises that have smaller movements and consume more calories. This is because the winter climate is cold and explosive anaerobic exercise can easily cause physical discomfort. The specific items vary according to age differences.

Young people can choose high-intensity aerobic exercises such as running, which can burn more calories. The exercise time should be 10 to 15 minutes longer than in spring and summer. In terms of the timing of exercise, young people can arrange winter fitness time in the morning and afternoon because their bodies have a stronger ability to adapt to the climate, have better physical fitness, and recover quickly.

Middle-aged people can choose low-intensity aerobic exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, and climbing stairs. The physical condition of middle-aged people is generally in a declining trend. Don’t give up fitness just because you are busy with work, otherwise winter will be a season for "hiding diseases." Middle-aged people have a slightly weaker ability to adapt, so they can exercise after get off work, between 18:00 and 20:00 when their body and mind are more relaxed.
