Anaerobic exercise heart rate

Anaerobic exercise heart rate

In life, many people particularly like anaerobic exercise, because compared with aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise requires less exercise, and it is more suitable for those with delicate bodies. Anaerobic exercise will not add burden to the heart, because the heart generally beats faster during aerobic exercise. So what is the normal heart rate for anaerobic exercise?

The heart rate for anaerobic exercise is 150~180 beats/minute, and for aerobic exercise it is 120~150 beats/minute. If it exceeds 180, the body's organs will enter an overloaded state, which is harmful to the body. Generally speaking, when we exercise, 120~150 is the appropriate range. Only if we need equipment training or compete in some track and field events, the heart rate will exceed 150. Don't worry too much

Exercise heart rate refers to the heart rate state maintained by the human body during exercise. Whether it is aerobic exercise or anaerobic exercise. Only by having a suitable heart rate can you achieve better exercise results. Maintaining an optimal exercise heart rate is important for both exercise effectiveness and exercise safety.

The heart rate is particularly important for people with three highs. If the heart rate is too high, it will be harmful to health, causing nausea, dizziness, and chest tightness. For diabetic patients, blood sugar will drop sharply, and the fat-reducing effect will not be good. A low heart rate is not harmful to the body, but the exercise effect is not good.

Anaerobic exercise refers to the high-speed and intense movement of muscles in a state of "oxygen deprivation". Most anaerobic exercises are high-intensity and instantaneous, so they are difficult to sustain for a long time and fatigue is eliminated slowly. Anaerobic exercise is relative to aerobic exercise. The biggest feature of anaerobic exercise is that the oxygen intake during exercise is very low. Due to the excessive speed and explosive power, the sugar in the human body does not have time to be decomposed by oxygen and has to rely on "anaerobic energy supply". This type of exercise will produce too much lactic acid in the body, leading to unsustainable muscle fatigue, muscle soreness and shortness of breath after exercise. When exercising, it is best to follow the guidance of a fitness coach and choose a training plan that suits you.
