Is groundwater drinkable?

Our life cannot be separated from water. Moreover, water is very precious and scarce. Usually the water we drink is tap water, and some is purified water from the Yellow River. In the past, when there was no running water, people drank water from wells. But when there are no wells, people will dig for water underground. So is groundwater drinkable? Let’s take a look at it together.

Water includes natural water (rivers, lakes, atmospheric water, seawater, groundwater, etc.) and artificial water (water obtained by combining hydrogen and oxygen atoms through chemical reactions). Water (chemical formula: H2O) is an inorganic substance composed of two elements, hydrogen and oxygen. It is a colorless, odorless, transparent liquid at normal temperature and pressure. Water is one of the most common substances on Earth. It is an important resource for the survival of all life, including humans, and is the most important component of organisms. Water plays an important role in the evolution of life. Human beings have known water very early. In the simple material views of ancient East and West, water was regarded as a basic component element. Water was one of the five elements in ancient China; water was also included in the four elements theory of ancient West.

So far, only weak alkaline high-energy activated water can fully meet the above standards. Therefore, it is not only suitable for healthy people to drink for a long time, but also because it has obvious regulating gastrointestinal function, regulating blood lipids, anti-oxidation, anti-fatigue and beauty effects, it is also very suitable for auxiliary treatment of patients with acidic constitution such as gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, kidney disease, obesity, constipation and allergic diseases. It must be noted that there is now a high-tech water activator available in the market at a reasonable price.

Water on Earth The total water reserves on Earth are 13.86 billion cubic kilometers. The water resources we usually refer to are mainly freshwater resources on land, which only account for 0.9%; and the freshwater resources that are more easily utilized by humans account for about 0.3% of the world's total freshwater reserves (7/100,000 of the world's total water reserves). However, the fresh water in lakes, rivers and shallow underground layers, which are most closely related to human life, only accounts for 0.02% of the total fresh water reserves. Treatment of drinking water: 1. First, draw water from rivers and other places to the treatment plant, and use filters to filter out large objects; 2. Add alum to the water that has filtered out large objects, and stick the soil and other objects with the alum to form alum flowers, and then settle the water to filter out the alum flowers; 3. When the water flows through the sand and gravel, some organic matter and chemical components are filtered out (equivalent to the current household filtered water dispenser); 4. Add chlorine to the water to kill the remaining microorganisms; 5. Sodium or lime can be added to soften hard water, and sometimes air ventilation is used to drive out the chlorine in the water.
