3. If you want to drink mung bean soup right after buying mung beans, and there is no time to freeze the mung beans, we can put the washed mung beans directly into the pot and stir-fry them. After the water is dried up, add cold water directly into the pot. When hot mung beans meet cold water, the mung bean skin breaks faster. After the water boils, cook the mung beans for a few more minutes until they bloom.
