Bedsores are a common medical condition, mainly caused by patients with poor physical constitution who need to stay in bed for a long time. It can be said that this disease can be serious or minor. If it is serious, it may even pose a great threat to the patient's life safety and easily lead to some complications. Therefore, long-term bed rest must be promptly recuperated. Usually, more massage should be given to promote blood circulation and avoid bedsores. Treatment of tinea versicolor Bedsores mostly occur in patients who are weak and bedridden for long periods of time. They are caused by long-term pressure on local body tissues, blood circulation disorders, and inability to supply the skin and subcutaneous tissues with the nutrients they need, causing local tissues to lose their normal functions and form ulcers and tissue necrosis. According to the degree of local tissue damage, bedsores can be divided into grade I (bruise and redness stage), grade II (inflammatory infiltration stage) and grade III (ulcer stage). Some old medicines can be used to prevent and treat bedsores with satisfactory results. 1. Yunnan Baiyao for bedsores For grade I bedsores, dissolve Yunnan Baiyao powder in 75% alcohol to make a thin paste. Dip a cotton swab into the paste and apply it to the affected area 3 to 4 times a day. For grade II or III bedsores, use aseptic techniques to extract the exudate from the skin blisters, or clean the wound and apply Yunnan Baiyao, then cover with sterile gauze and change the dressing every other day. The total effective rate of this method in treating grade I, II and III bedsores is 100%. 2. Iodine tincture to prevent bedsores Apply 2% iodine tincture to areas prone to bedsores 3 times a day for 3 consecutive days to form a thicker protective layer on the epidermis to increase the skin's resistance, which is effective in preventing the occurrence of bedsores. 3. Picon Cream for the Treatment of Multiple Bedsores Apply Picon Cream externally to the erythematous areas of grade I bedsores 3 times a day. For the blisters of grade II bedsores, under sterile conditions, drain the blister fluid and apply wet compresses with 1:1000 levulinol solution 3 times a day. After scabs form, apply Picon cream 3 times a day. For bedsores with grade III erosive ulcers, first apply 1:1000 revnol solution as a wet compress 3 times a day. After scabs form, apply Picon cream 3 times a day. Grade I bedsores can be cured in 1 to 2 days, and blisters and ulcers can be cured in 5 to 7 days. 4. Anti-inflammatory and hemostatic powder for bedsores Add 2-5 grams of Canyanzhixuesan, 2 grams of Quxushengjisan and 1.5 grams of Yunnan Baiyao. Mix the three medicines evenly and put them in a bottle for later use. First rinse and clean the wound with saline, then spread the mixed anti-inflammatory and hemostatic powder on the affected area and bandage it, once a day. |
