The first step: when you start to want healthy living habits, you first set a bedtime for yourself. Then, I searched a bit and found out that it is called Fenxinmu, and it is also a medicinal herb. Read some books with peace of mind, preferably paper books, because the mobile phone screen is irritating to the eyes and it is difficult to fall asleep. Reading paper books can calm your mind. Moreover, some people seem to suffer from book hypnosis and fall asleep as soon as they read. Such people may be able to fall asleep safely in just a short while. Moreover, calm down every day, talk softly to the people around you, or talk quietly to your own heart.
