There are many acupoints in the human body, and massaging the acupoints also has certain health benefits. Yinlingquan is a relatively important acupuncture point in the human body. Massaging the Yinlingquan point can prevent and treat various diseases such as urinary and reproductive system diseases, digestive system diseases, gynecological system diseases, and knee arthritis. 1. Basic Information

Yinlingquan acupoint belongs to the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin. It is located on the inner side of the calf, in the depression between the lower inner edge of the tibia and the inner edge of the tibia, between the posterior edge of the tibia and the gastrocnemius muscle, and above the origin of the soleus muscle; in front are the great saphenous vein and the superior knee artery, and in the deepest layer are the posterior tibial artery and vein; the trunk of the medial cutaneous nerve of the calf is distributed, and the deepest layer is the tibial nerve. It is mainly used to treat abdominal distension, diarrhea, edema, jaundice; difficulty urinating, enuresis, urinary incontinence; genital pain, dysmenorrhea, spermatorrhea; knee pain. The operation method is to pierce vertically 1~2 inches.

2. Acupuncture Point Selection

The He point of the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin, belongs to water in the five elements. Yinlingquan point is located between the posterior edge of the tibia and the rectus abscessus, at the origin of the soleus muscle, and belongs to the spleen meridian of the foot Taiyin. The name of Yinlingquan acupoint means that the mixture of meridian water and spleen earth substances flowing through the ground part of the spleen meridian gathers and accumulates at this acupoint. If you massage the Yinlingquan point for 10 minutes every day, you can remove spleen dampness.

When tapping this acupoint, the patient should sit upright or lie on his back. The acupoint is located on the inner side of the calf, in the depression on the inner side of the tibia below the knee, opposite to Zusanli (or in the depression below and behind the medial condyle of the tibia).

3. Main diseases

3. Gynecological and obstetric diseases: vaginitis, irregular menstruation;

4. Others: insomnia, knee arthritis, lower limb paralysis.

This acupoint is one of the important acupoints on the spleen meridian of the foot Taiyin. It is widely used in the treatment of many diseases. The treatments related to this acupoint include: acupoint therapy for knee pain, treatment of diabetes, etc.

Ancient records describe: abdominal coldness, abdominal bloating, indigestion, loss of appetite, sharp pain in the intestines, fullness under the ribs, edema, hard abdomen, difficulty urinating or incontinence, chills and fever, pain in the genitals, spermatorrhea, cholera, pain in the feet, rheumatoid arthritis, pain in the waist, legs and knees, athlete's foot and edema, and hernia.
