Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are a general term for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and refer to ischemic or hemorrhagic diseases of the heart, brain and systemic tissues caused by hyperlipidemia, blood viscosity, atherosclerosis, hypertension, etc. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease is a common disease that poses a serious threat to human health, especially to the health of the elderly over 50 years old. Diet for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

Boil 5 celery roots and 10 red dates in water, eat the dates and drink the soup. Twice a day.

Remove the core of 5 red hawthorns and chop them into small pieces. Mix them with 1 spoon of honey and add them to cornmeal porridge. Take 1 to 2 times daily.

Cook 25 grams of soaked kelp with rice into porridge, add appropriate amounts of salt, MSG and sesame oil, and season before eating. Take it every morning and evening.

Slice and grind fresh kudzu root, add water and stir, then let it settle and take powder. Cook porridge with 30g of kudzu root powder and 100g of polished rice, and take it every morning and evening.

Mix 50 grams of corn flour with cold water and cook it into corn porridge. After the porridge is cooked, add 1 spoon of honey and drink it. Twice a day.

Take appropriate amount of lotus leaves and hawthorn leaves, decoct them in water or soak them with boiling water, drink it as tea or take it 3 times a day.

Take 15-20g each of chrysanthemum and raw hawthorn, decoct in water or soak with boiling water, one dose per day, drink instead of tea.

Cut 1 lemon into slices, soak it in 3 spoons of honey, take 5 slices each time, and add it to cornmeal porridge. Take twice daily.

100 grams of polished japonica rice, 3 to 5 red dates, 30 to 60 grams of processed Polygonum multiflorum, and appropriate amount of brown sugar or rock sugar. Fry the prepared Polygonum multiflorum to obtain a thick juice, remove the residue, and put it into a casserole together with rice and red dates to cook into porridge. When the porridge is almost done, add brown sugar or rock sugar for seasoning and then boil it.
