Roast whole chicken

Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, 50ml cooking wine, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 lemon, 30ml light soy sauce, 3 star anise, 5g cumin, some rosemary, some dried chili, some ginger juice, some minced garlic, some honey.

1. Chop off the chicken feet, gut the chicken, clean and drain, and rub salt all over the chicken inside and out.

2. Prepare the slurry in a bowl of appropriate size. Mix cooking wine, ginger juice, minced garlic, pepper powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, light soy sauce, star anise, minced rosemary, and dried chili peppers (according to your preference) evenly, spread it on the chicken, marinate for 1 to 2 hours, turn the chicken over, and marinate for about another 1 to 2 hours.

3. Stuff the marinated chicken's belly with scallion knots, onions, ginger slices, etc. and seal the opening of the chicken's belly with a toothpick.

4. Skewer the chicken on the reel, paying attention to the center of gravity of the chicken to avoid uneven heating when rotating. Brush with marinade and wrap wing and leg tips with foil.

5. Bake at 175℃ for 20 minutes, then take out, brush with barbecue sauce and put it back in the oven. Continue to bake at 150℃ for 40 minutes. Poke with a bamboo stick. If there is no blood but oil, it is done. Finally, brush honey on the chicken and bake for another 5 minutes.

Cheese Seafood Baked Rice

Ingredients:

100g rice, 1/4 green pepper, 1/4 red pepper, 2 mushrooms, 5 shrimps, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 60g cheese, salt and pepper as needed.

1. Dice the green and red peppers and cut the mushrooms into strips for later use. Toss rice with olive oil, then add salt and pepper.

2. Add diced green and red peppers to the rice and mix well. Place shrimps and mushrooms on top of the rice, and then add a layer of cheese slices.

3. Use bakery mode in the oven, preheat to 171°C for 5 minutes, place the baking tray on the bottom layer, cover with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Garlic Tuna Steak

Material:

Cut the tuna steak into half-finger thick pieces, about 8-10 pieces of 5 cm square, add 7 tablespoons of soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and 1 head of garlic, mashed and set aside.

1. Pour soy sauce, cooking wine, vegetable oil, rice vinegar and minced garlic into a large sealable bag and mix them. Try to expel all the air in the bag and seal it. Shake the bag frequently to make sure the fish fillets are covered with seasonings, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and brush a little oil on the oven grid.

3. Place the fish on the preheated oven, discard the remaining marinade, but try to keep as much minced garlic on the surface of the fish as possible. Bake for 3 minutes on each side, or bake for 5-6 minutes on the upper heating tube of the oven to make sure the fish is cooked through but not too hard.

Sleep. If you like it medium rare, please reduce the time slightly. It is better to squeeze some lemon juice when eating according to your preference.

Oven Recipe - Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients: 300g sweet potato

1. Wipe off the dirt on the sweet potatoes with a dry cloth and set aside.

2. Preheat the oven to 200℃ for 5 minutes, place the sweet potatoes in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 240℃ for 25 minutes. If the sweet potatoes you use are larger, bake them for 30 minutes.
