How to remove oil stains on clothes

How to remove oil stains on clothes

After female friends become mothers, in addition to facing the possibility of their children getting sick, the most troublesome thing is washing their children's clothes. If the child is in the stage of learning to eat by himself, it is normal for his clothes to be stained with oil. If the oil stains cannot be completely cleaned, they will become stubborn stains and will be even more difficult to clean, so here are some specific good methods for you.

If it is just ordinary cooking oil stains, the problem is not too big.

1: First soak the contaminated part of the clothes in 60℃ hot water, take it out after a while, sprinkle a small amount of alkali powder and an equal amount of laundry detergent on it, and rub it with your hands. Rinse with clean water and then wash again with detergent.

2: Cut the soap into pieces and dissolve it in boiling water, then rub the clothes in the soapy liquid.

3: Take a little flour and mix it with cold water to make a paste. Apply it on the front and back of the oily stains. After drying, peel off the flour and the oily stains will be removed.

4: Apply mung bean powder thickly on the oil stains, then use an electric iron to iron them for a while to remove the oil stains.

5: Place a piece of blotting paper on the front and back of the oil stain, brush it off after pressing a page, and then rub it with hot rice soup.

6: Boil the radish in clean water, take the juice and rub it.

7: Spread straw ash or bean straw ash on the oil stain, cover it with white paper, press it overnight, then dust it off, and then rub it with hot rice soup.

8: If it is a lard stain, you can scrub it with chestnut boiled water.

9: If it is cow or sheep oil stains, you can scrub it with lime.

As you can see, the more troublesome ones are oil stains with very high fat content such as butter and mutton fat, which require the use of powerful lime. However, since lime is alkaline and can easily damage clothes, only a small amount can be used. Do not apply a large amount of lime to avoid completely damaging the clothes.

The methods introduced in the article are quite effective in dealing with oil stains on clothes. Mothers can try washing them and see how effective they are. In addition, mothers can also take some measures to prevent oil stains on their children's clothes when they eat, such as putting on a specially made dark, easy-to-wash outer shirt for their children before they eat.
