What fruit is good for the heart

With the development of the economy, more and more people are accustomed to staying up late to work overtime, or living a reversed day and night life. This kind of lifestyle puts a lot of burden on the heart. Everyone knows that the heart is the source of life. If there is a problem with the heart and it is not treated properly, the body will be very poor. Therefore, everyone should eat more foods that are good for the heart in life to strengthen the heart's resistance. Today I will introduce to you which fruits are good for the heart.

1. BlackBerry

These delicious berries are rich in polyphenols, which may help protect against cardiovascular disease and even cancer. They're higher in fiber than other types of fruit: one cup of blackberries has about 7 grams. (The recommended daily fiber intake is 25 to 35 grams.) In addition, they are rich in vitamin C and trace amounts of iron, calcium and vitamin A. There are many ways to eat blackberries. You can add some to a pie, sprinkle some on whole grain toast, or just eat them by the handful.

2. Blueberries

Eating blueberries can help improve memory. They are rich in chemicals that help dilate arteries, which helps blood flow smoothly. Antioxidant-rich blueberries are low in fat, free of saturated fat, and are a good source of fiber and vitamin C. No wonder studies have found that eating more blueberries can reduce the risk of heart attack.

3. Strawberries

Strawberries are high in vitamins and are a heart-healthy berry. They're also a good source of folate, a nutrient that's thought to protect the heart (although this claim hasn't been confirmed by research). Like blueberries, they contain chemicals that dilate arteries and prevent blood platelets from clotting.

4. Raspberry

These sweet berries are packed with heart-healthy fiber, with just 1/2 cup providing 4 grams. It also provides 25% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C and manganese. Raspberries are low in fat and contain high levels of polyphenols, which may help reduce the risk of heart disease. Try adding these tasty treats to your meals.
