What to do if there are too many mites on the face

Mites like unclean skin, so we must wash our faces carefully every day, but what should some people do if they have too many mites on their faces? In addition to using some facial cleansers that are suitable for you, there are some products specifically for removing mites that can be used. Too many mites on the face will cause acne, so if there are too many mites, you should also consider some effective medications, which can be taken orally or topically.

Scientific cleaning is the first step! Washing your face is not simply rinsing with tap water, but should follow a scientific method: first wet your face with warm water, use a facial cleanser with anti-mite effect (do not squeeze it with your hands); then use your fingertips to lightly draw circles from bottom to top to stimulate the skin to remove impurities and excess oil on the surface;

After rinsing with warm water, gently pat your face with a soft towel to absorb excess water (if you have heavy makeup, it is best to repeat the cleaning process). Wash twice a day, morning and evening. If it is windy and sandy, wash it immediately after returning home to prevent dust from penetrating into the pores.

The choice of mite removal products is critical! Some skin care products on the market are also very targeted in removing mites. Considering that ingredients such as antibiotics have side effects on the skin, you can choose some Chinese medicines.

Dietary coordination is essential! Eating too much fat or oil-rich food (such as fatty meat, fried food, etc.) will increase the secretion of sebum and aggravate the growth of mites; sugary foods (such as various desserts), spicy foods (such as peppers, garlic, mustard, etc.) and chocolate, coffee, cigarettes, alcohol and other irritating foods are all very unfavorable for the treatment of mites. To get rid of mites quickly, friends should change their eating habits, eat more foods that clear away heat and reduce fire, and use light seasonings when cooking.

If mites have caused skin problems such as acne and blackheads, friends should pay attention to it. Never pick or squeeze them with your hands. You should go to a regular hospital for treatment. At the same time, cooperate with many aspects such as diet and daily routine, and try to say goodbye to mites, acne and other troubles as soon as possible and regain healthy and beautiful skin.

Mites are microscopic pests that are invisible to the human eye. They mainly parasitize in places where the temperature and humidity are suitable for their growth and reproduction, and where the sebaceous glands are relatively abundant, such as the nose, forehead, face, chest, back, etc. Its corpse, secretions and excrement are all allergens, which can cause mild skin problems such as blackheads, acne, pimples, rough and oily skin, chicken skin, etc., and severe diseases such as asthma, nephritis, pulmonary mite disease, and urinary mite disease.

Thoroughly cleanses the skin

Mites mainly parasitize in human hair follicles and cortical glands, not only clogging pores but also destroying the growth of normal cells. Therefore, thoroughly cleansing the skin is the first and most important step. Because mites have a strong tolerance to acids and alkalis and are very tenacious, ordinary cleaning products cannot remove mites from the face. Normally, you should wet your face with warm water (34oC-36oC), then use professional mite removal cleaning products such as Manzhitang, and then rinse your face with cold water after washing (which helps shrink pores). Take it once in the morning and once in the evening. In addition, because there are more bacteria on your hands, wash your hands before washing your face. You should also wash towels frequently and it is best to replace them with new ones regularly.

Exfoliate regularly

If the stratum corneum is too thick and accumulates on the surface of the skin, it can easily cause pores to become clogged and allow mites to breed. Cleaning the dead skin once a week can reduce the blockage of pores and help remove mites. In addition, you should also pay attention to hydrating your skin, because this can provide the skin's stratum corneum cells with the necessary moisture. While moisturizing the skin, it can also improve microcirculation, resist external stimulation, control the occurrence of acne, and enhance skin moisture.

Clean living environment

Mites are distributed in every corner of the room, so to completely eliminate mites, the room must be kept completely clean. You should regularly change and wash towels, pillowcases, bedding and other cotton and linen fabrics, and regularly clean dust-prone places in the room, such as mattresses, air-conditioning filters, bookshelves, curtains, carpets, and places where flowers or fish are grown. Always keep the room fresh and dry, and try to ventilate it for more than 4 hours a day.

Good eating habits

Getting rid of mites is not a matter of overnight. It requires not only external care but also internal adjustments. Good eating and living habits are also very important for getting rid of mites. In normal times, eat less fat or oily foods and spicy and irritating foods, and eat more whole grains (such as brown rice, corn, etc.), fresh fruits and vegetables, soy products, and some seafood such as seaweed and kelp. Try to maintain a good schedule, stay up late less, exercise more, and keep a happy mood.

Precautions

Because mites can overflow from hair follicles with sebum or automatically overflow from hair follicles and spread through items such as mattresses or towels, you should avoid sharing washbasins, towels and other items.

If you have blackheads, pimples or acne, do not squeeze or pick them casually, and do not always touch your face with your hands, otherwise it is easy to cause skin infection again.

Also, try not to always use wet wipes to wipe your face, because most wet wipes contain alcohol, which will irritate the skin and cannot provide deep cleansing. Although mites are very harmful and invisible, there is no need to panic. As long as we strengthen prevention and control in our daily lives and master some scientific mite removal and prevention methods, we can stay away from the invasion of mites.
