T4: Refers to the fact that the tumor is present in both livers or the tumor invades the portal vein of the liver.

N: N0 means no lymph node metastasis, N1 means metastasis

M: M0 means that no remote transmission has occurred, and M1 means that there is remote transmission. The TNM stage is mainly divided into I, II, IIIa, IIIb, IIIc and IV. According to the size of the tumor, vascular invasion, lymph node invasion and the presence or absence of metastasis, the severity of the tumor is reflected from low to high: stage I: T1, N0, M0; stage II: T2, N0, M0; stage IIIa: T3, N0, M0 stage IIIb: T4, N0, M0 stage IV: any T, any N, M1.
