What is the reason for being easily irritable

What is the reason for being easily irritable

In life, we will find that some people have very good tempers. Even after being angered by others, they will slowly try to reason with them and will not become irritable. However, some people are born unable to control their emotions and are prone to impulsiveness. For this kind of people, we need to find the reasons and slowly adjust ourselves, and provide appropriate psychological counseling.

There are many people in life who have bad tempers and are easily angered, which is related to many factors.

First: poor psychological quality and being too sensitive. He always feels that others are malicious towards him or are saying bad things about him. At this time, you should suppress your anger, try your best to convince yourself that others do not have such intentions, and slowly calm yourself down.

Second: I was in a bad mood these days, and when he bumped into me, I couldn't control myself and got angry. At this time, I can only ask for your forgiveness. You should also calm down and adjust your state.

Third: Poor self-control, always has a hot temper and is not a calm person. This requires a planned cultivation of a good temper. Subconsciously, I often remind myself when I am about to get angry, and let people around me supervise me.

Fourth: Boys and girls in adolescence are at their most rebellious and prone to anger. This is a period that people must go through. Being easily angered is also a sign of immaturity. At this time, we can only ensure that our actions do not lead to irreparable mistakes. Once we pass this period and become more mentally mature, this will no longer be the case.

This is just my personal experience and feelings, please bear with me.
