3. Stomach and intestines: If you go to bed late for a long time, your stomach and intestines will have problems. The stomach and intestines in the body are very sensitive and will be directly reflected at the slightest disturbance. If you go to bed late or stay up late, the gastric acid in your body will be over-secreted, causing stomach pain, stomach acid, and even gastric ulcers.

4.
