Ingredients: 1 starfish, 2 taels of lean pork.

Three Starfish Treasures (Soup, Serves Two)

Ingredients: 10g starfish, 3 dried scallops, 200g bullfrog, 300g abalone, some longan meat, 500g lean meat, some rice wine, some ginger, some salt

Method: First, put the dried scallops into rice wine, ginger and water and cook until they become soft.

Wash the bullfrog and cut it into pieces; boil the lean meat in water for a few minutes

Use boiling water to scald the abalone in the shell and take out the meat.

Wash all the raw materials, put them into a container, and add 3-4 catties of mineral water

First, simmer over high heat. After the water boils, switch to medium heat and continue simmering for about 3-4 hours.

Ingredients: 1 dried starfish, about 50 grams of sea coconut, 5-6 slices of ginger (because starfish is a seafood, it has a strong fishy smell, more ginger slices will help remove the fishy smell), wolfberry, carrot, 500 grams of lean meat

Preparation: Rinse the starfish, clean the sea coconut, cut the lean meat into pieces and blanch them, put all the ingredients into a pot with water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour and add salt to taste.
