Where is the reflex area for acne on the cheek

Where is the reflex area for acne on the cheek

Most people may get acne on their faces, and the main areas where acne appears are in the middle of the face, on both sides of the nose, and on the forehead. It is rare to get acne on both sides of the cheeks, but few people have acne on the cheeks. The reflex area of acne may represent endocrine and organ problems, which need to be treated after the cause is found.

Every part of our face where acne appears has a rough correspondence with internal body factors.

It is very uncomfortable to have acne on the cheeks. During adolescence, we will have some acne on our faces, mostly concentrated on the face and cheeks. Facial acne is sometimes easy to eliminate, but the acne on the cheeks keeps appearing and disappearing, disappearing and then appearing again, which is really puzzling.

As can be seen from the picture above, the internal organs corresponding to the cheeks and sideburns are the liver, lungs, and stomach. The most likely cause of dampness and heat in the liver, lungs, and stomach is our living habits and care habits. It is mainly related to the following aspects:

1. Staying up late

Regardless of whether you have acne-prone skin or not, I recommend that you go to bed before 11pm. Note that I said falling asleep before 11 o'clock, not starting to prepare for bed at 11 o'clock. Because from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, 11pm to 1am is the Zi hour, which is an important time for detoxification of our skin, especially the liver. If you are still staying up late at this time, our skin and body will not be able to detoxify and repair effectively, resulting in more accumulation and forming a vicious cycle.

2. Diet

Regarding eating habits, specifically, you need to understand what you must try to eat less: greasy, sweet, high-sugar, high-calorie foods, and high-GI foods (which will increase blood sugar levels) are not recommended. Relatively speaking, friends with acne-prone skin must pay attention to drink more water, especially lemon water, and eat more green and red fruits and vegetables.

3. Nursing

Caring for acne-prone skin cannot be solved by basic cleansing alone; it requires overall control of the skin condition. In addition to cleaning, it is also necessary to calm, soothe and effectively repair clogged pores. This is a complete skin care process.

According to the three points I mentioned above, adjusting your lifestyle habits and care habits is the most basic way to solve skin problems. Good living habits may not solve your current skin problems, but at least they can prevent your skin problems from getting worse.

The itchy and stinging feeling on the face is caused by our pores being blocked by oil and bacterial metabolic waste.

After understanding the above living habits and care habits, what else do you need to do to solve the problem of recurring acne?

1. Understand the root cause of your acne;

2. Targeted conditioning of the body's internal heat and dampness metabolism and constitution;
