How to prevent cancer and malignant tumors

Among various diseases, cancer is the number one killer. The way to prevent disease is to take precautions before it occurs, and the same applies to tumors. The key is to be vigilant. Experts propose the following ten early signs of malignant tumors:

1. Any part of the body, such as breast, skin, lips, tongue or other parts, has a palpable lump or a lump that does not disappear;

3. Persistent indigestion;

8. Irregular menstruation, heavy bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding outside of menstruation or after menopause;

9. Long-term treatment of ulcers

10. Unexplained weight loss or low-grade fever. In general, if unexplained discomfort persists for a long time, you should go to the hospital for examination in time. It must be pointed out that the above symptoms do not necessarily indicate a malignant tumor, but you should seek medical attention as soon as possible.
