If your eyes are infected or inflamed, try this little trick

In the modern technological society, electronic products are everywhere. Basically everyone has a mobile phone, and everyone loves to play with it. Moreover, for those who sit in front of a computer to work all day, the pressure on the eyes is even greater. The popularity of glasses nowadays is probably directly proportional to electronic products. If your eyes get infected and inflamed accidentally, it would be even more urgent.

Treatment:

(1) In the early stage when pus has not yet formed, hot and wet compresses can be used to help dissipate the pus.

(2) Use Zijin Tablets or Qinghuo Eye Pills, mix with Waizhang Eye Drops or other anti-inflammatory eye drops or cold boiled water, and apply to the affected skin; you can also use Ruyi Jinhuang Ointment to apply to the affected skin. CAUTION: Do not apply medication in eyes.

(3) Take several pieces of fresh Commelina, remove the leaves and stems, wash them and place them over the flame of an alcohol lamp or on fire to bake. Squeeze them with your fingers and quickly apply the juice that flows out of the broken ends to the affected area. Be careful not to apply it into the eyes. Apply 4 to 5 times a day.

(4) Use 1-2 grams of fresh red peony root, white flower snake tongue grass, dandelion, wild chrysanthemum, etc., wash and mash them, and apply them to the affected skin. Be careful not to apply them into the eyes.

Note:

1. When your eyelids are red, swollen and have pus spots, never squeeze them with your hands. Because the eyelids are rich in blood vessels, the ocular veins are connected to the orbital veins and facial veins, and to the intracranial cavernous sinuses. In addition, the ocular veins lack veno-canalicular valves. When the abscess is squeezed, the blood will flow back in all directions, causing the inflammation to spread and causing serious complications, such as orbital cellulitis, cavernous sinus thrombosis and sepsis, which are life-threatening and should be taken seriously.

2. Go to the hospital and ask an ophthalmologist for treatment in time. If the wound has become festered, you can perform an incision to drain the pus. This can not only promote early recovery but also reduce scars.
