What's wrong with my weak fist

Weak fists may be due to tendonitis caused by inflammation of the local tendons, or it may be caused by cervical spondylosis. It cannot be ruled out that it is related to one's own intracranial and brain lesions.

1. Tendonitis: Patients with weak fists may have maintained a bad posture for a long time or engaged in long-term frequent activities, which may lead to repeated and strong pulling of the tendons and aggravated damage due to wear and tear, causing local tendon inflammation. As a result, when patients have tendonitis, they will have symptoms of weak fists. Oral aspirin can be taken under the guidance of a doctor.

2. Cervical spondylosis: Patients with weak fists may have their cervical spine overloaded for a long time or bowed their heads for a long time, causing degenerative changes in the cervical spine. The cervical spine compresses the local vertebral artery, resulting in symptoms of weak fists and arm numbness. Under the guidance of a doctor, oral muscle relaxants can be taken orally, and sedatives can also be used to improve the condition.

3. Intracerebral lesions: Weak fists may be caused by abnormal metabolism in the patient's body, resulting in cerebral hemorrhage and viral encephalitis compressing the local nerves in the head, causing symptoms of weak fists. Under the guidance of a doctor, patients can take oral antihypertensive drugs to effectively relieve the symptoms.
