Routine blood test is the most common medical examination method and an important part of blood test. When conducting a blood test, it mainly includes two parts: fluid and visible cells. Its five categories refer to monocytes, lymphocytes, alkali basophils, eosinophils and neutrophils. The five major categories of routine blood test can help us understand some specific causes of the disease. What does the five categories of blood routine test mean? Routine blood test is the most common and basic blood test. Blood is composed of two major parts: liquid and visible cells. Routine blood tests examine the cellular part of blood. Blood has three types of cells with different functions - red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. Determine the disease by observing changes in quantity and morphological distribution. The five categories are neutrophils, eosinophils, alkaliphils, lymphocytes, and monocytes. Things to note when doing a blood test 1. Clean the part where blood is to be collected, which is usually the earlobe, middle finger or ring finger tip. Wait until the part where blood is to be collected is dry before collecting blood. On cold days, you can rub the area to warm it up before drawing blood. 2. You should be on an empty stomach before a routine blood test, but fasting is not as simple as skipping breakfast. You should avoid eating greasy food the night before the examination, and you should fast after 8 o'clock. If you still have a midnight snack at 12 o'clock, you will not be able to ensure that you are on an empty stomach when your blood is drawn. On the morning of the physical examination, it is recommended to drink only boiled water. 3. On the day of the physical examination, it is best to wear clothes with loose sleeves to facilitate rolling up the sleeves when drawing blood from the vein; clothes should be clean to prevent pinhole infection. 4. After blood collection, straighten your forearm and use your other hand to press the hemostatic cotton ball tightly for at least 5 minutes. Do not bend your elbow to stop the bleeding, and do not twist the cotton ball to avoid subcutaneous bruising. If there is bruising around the stye, you can apply hot compress after 24 hours. To avoid infection, do not let the needle hole get wet for 24 hours. |
