There is a fleshy lump on the left side of the mouth

A lump of flesh has grown on the left side of the mouth. There are many causes for this. The most common one is oral ulcer. If you usually have symptoms of oral ulcers, and the treatment effect is poor, and there are frequent recurrences, this chronic inflammation can easily cause such a phenomenon, which is relatively harmful to health. We know that oral ulcers are also an important cause of oral cancer, so we should be vigilant.

Treatment

1. Use diamine hydrogen peroxide to protect the ulcer surface. It contains two ingredients: hydrogen peroxide and glycerin. Hydrogen peroxide is used clinically for disinfection and sterilization, so it can eliminate bacteria, while glycerin covers the ulcer and protects it. This can reduce pain.

2. Apply a wet red tea bag to the ulcer surface. It is emphasized that it should be wet at a certain time, as dry ones may not be effective. Because black tea contains tannic acid, this ingredient has an astringent effect, so it is quite effective when used to relieve pain.

3. Use alum to relieve pain and kill bacteria. This is a method often used by our elders, but alum cannot cure ulcers. Its main function is to prevent the infection from worsening and to relieve pain and kill bacteria.

4. Choose some brands of mouthwash. The main function is to disinfect and reduce inflammation in the oral cavity. General mouthwashes have certain anti-inflammatory effects. However, you should choose carefully because after all, it is something that passes through the mouth, and safety is the most important thing.

Prevent oral ulcers.

1. Eat more vegetables containing vitamin B. If ulcers occur frequently, targeted vitamin B supplementation is necessary, and some brands of nutrients can be selected.

2. Supplement beneficial bacteria. It is recommended to eat 4 spoons of original yogurt every day, because yogurt contains a large number of beneficial bacteria. After these beneficial bacteria enter the mouth, they can fight against the bacteria in the mouth, which is helpful to prevent oral ulcers.

3. Eat less foods that can induce oral ulcers. For example, chewing gum, smoking, coffee, and hot food should be avoided if possible, or eaten as little as possible.

For friends who suffer from frequent oral ulcers, they should also pay attention to maintaining a happy mood, learn to relieve stress on their own, learn to release, and protect their liver well, eat more vegetables and fruits, and eat less irritating foods.
