1. Stand up and walk around. Stretch your hands as far as possible to the ground and keep them close to the ground. Straighten your legs and knees. 4. When you feel sleepy, put a peppercorn in your mouth and eat raw garlic. If you are not used to these, you can eat some chocolate, mint xylitol or chewing gum. Warm tip: If you never like eating raw garlic, you should try this. Be careful not to eat it on an empty stomach, otherwise it may cause gastrointestinal discomfort or pain.

5. For hot noodles, hot dumplings or cold dishes, if you can eat spicy food, add a little more peppercorns and chili peppers. Warm reminder: Eat less for dinner, and try to choose hot food with hot soup when staying up late. Be careful not to eat too greasy food, beef jerky and other difficult-to-digest food to avoid adding burden to the stomach.

6. Watermelon, raw tomatoes, pears, bananas, etc. It is best to eat them after being chilled in the refrigerator. Fruits can help the human body absorb more vitamins, etc., which can not only refresh the mind but also alleviate the negative effects of staying up late on the human body.

7. Refreshing drinks: a cup of hot strong tea, unsweetened coffee, mint water, lemon juice, ice cream, etc.

8. Pat your head, neck, thighs, etc., and pat any part of your body that feels tired. Don't underestimate patting, which is one of the massage techniques in traditional Chinese medicine. It can not only promote the circulation of qi and blood and eliminate muscle fatigue, but also promote blood circulation and refresh the mind.

10. If you are still sleepy, dip your hands in cold water and gently pat your cheeks. This will hydrate and beautify your face and make it hard for you to not be awake.
