Goosebumps on limbs

Goosebumps on limbs

In our daily life, many people have rough skin pores that are not smooth to the touch, and you can feel small raised dots. Some people have more serious problems, and you can see that the pores are darker in color, usually more common on the limbs. Of course, some people also have pores in other parts of their body. In fact, this is chicken skin. Although chicken skin does not cause pain or discomfort, and will not cause disease, it greatly affects the appearance. Moreover, if the skin is dry, it will fall off, which is very troublesome.

1. Chicken skin

The scientific name of chicken skin is keratosis pilaris, which is a disease of abnormal keratinization. It most commonly occurs on the front or outside of the arms and legs and is often mistaken for acne, pimples or unclean wash. Occasionally, it may be seen on the buttocks, back, and cheeks. "Chicken skin" is a physical condition caused by genes. People with this physique will have thickened keratin around the hair follicles, causing the follicle openings to be blocked by the excessive keratin, forming small bumps. Chicken skin is neither painful nor itchy, and will not cause any lesions, so many people do not care too much about it even if they have this problem. But for women who love beauty, it is a big deal. Because it is common in people between adolescence and 40 years old, and will gradually subside with age, but the period of high incidence is also the stage when people care most about their appearance.

2. Chicken skin treatment

Chicken skin needs to be removed at an early stage, because delayed removal of chicken skin can easily lead to the formation of unsightly pigmentation, which will greatly increase the difficulty of removal! The first step to remove chicken skin: soften the cuticle and unclog the hair follicle glands. Step 2: Repair hair follicles and promote normal hair growth. Step 3: Lighten pigmentation and whiten skin. Step 4: Replenish skin nutrition and provide long-term protection for the skin.

3. Notes:

1. Regularly soften the skin stratum corneum;

2. Avoid direct sunlight on chicken skin;

3. Eat more foods rich in vitamin A;

4. Hydrate and moisturize;

5. If conditions permit, you can go to a SPA to enjoy moisturizing care for your body, which is also a good way to improve "chicken skin";

6. Take a bath every day with warm water at 38-40 degrees;

7. Try not to squeeze these papules at will, so as not to accidentally cause inflammation and infection of the pores.
