The eyeball hurts when pressed and when turned

Eyes are the windows to the soul. For most people, eyes cannot be hurt. Once hurt, it will affect vision, and they may even need to cover their eyes for a long time. It will take a long time to recover before the pain is relieved. When the eyeball hurts when pressed or turned, it may be considered that there is inflammation or corneal problem.

Mitigation methods

The essence of eye movement is to rotate the eyeballs. The order is that when the head rotates from top to bottom and then left to right, the eyeballs move along with it. Relax your eyes for 2 minutes every time you work for 1 hour, and rotating your eyes can greatly relieve computer eye fatigue.

After working with blinking for an hour, tilt your head back and blink continuously to keep the blood flowing. If your eyes are slightly swollen and painful, just blinking 2 to 3 times every hour can provide relief.

To steam the eyes, make a cup of tea with boiling water. While it is still hot, put your hands around the cup, open your eyes wide and put your face on your hands. Let the hot tea vapor smoke your eyes, and alternate between the left and right eyes. The best type of tea is chrysanthemum and wolfberry tea, and avoid drinking drinks such as coffee.
