How to care for bleached and dyed hair

Nowadays, more and more people are dyeing their hair. There are many issues that need to be paid attention to when dyeing hair. If you are worried that the new hair will grow out after dyeing and the color will be different from the dyed hair, you should not dye the whole hair. You can dye some highlights so that it will not be so embarrassing if the hair grows out. How should you care for the bleached and dyed hair? We may wash our hair frequently, but if we dye our hair, we cannot wash it frequently as it is not good for the hair.

After dyeing your hair, you need regular care. Be sure to use conditioner after washing your hair, and also do hair care regularly. Because hair dye can remove the oil from the hair, causing dry hair, etc., if you don't maintain and care for your hair, it will easily split.

You can choose hair essence. When using the essence, you must massage your hair from the roots to the ends. Remember to massage your hair for at least one minute to effectively achieve the nourishing effect.

After dyeing your hair, you should use low-temperature water to wash your hair. The water temperature is generally around 37-40 degrees. Too high a temperature will weaken the effect of hair dyeing, and high temperature will also irritate the scalp and damage hair follicles.

Eat more seaweed foods, because these foods contain a lot of thyroid hormone, these substances can make hair full of lustrous. Especially for friends over 30, as they age, the secretion of thyroid hormone becomes less and less. They must eat more of such foods after dyeing their hair, otherwise their hair will become dull and lifeless.

In the past two years, there have been many popular hair colors, especially the two-dimensional hair color, which is even more popular. It looks good, but basically it needs to be bleached. After bleaching, the hair is more likely to fade. To deal with color fading, deterioration of hair quality, etc., daily care is the key!

If you wash your newly dyed hair immediately, a lot of the color will fade. You have to wait at least 2 days before washing your hair! Washing with water or using shampoo will accelerate the fading of color, so it is best to wash your dyed hair 2-3 times a week. Washing it every day really can’t save you!

If you dye your hair all the way to the roots, it will look ugly once new hair grows out. Smart girls will choose to keep part of their original hair color and highlight the rest, so that it will look natural even if new hair grows out.
