1 If you feel nauseous or have an upset stomach, vomit as much as possible.

It's very simple, just stick your fingers in your throat and it's done in a few seconds. Although it's painful, it's even more uncomfortable to keep it in your stomach. A short pain is worse than a long one. I usually vomit it out in the bathroom, then wash my face and clean my mouth.

2 After your stomach is empty, eat some fruit, such as a banana.

Then after coming back, I eat some fruit to fill my stomach a little so that I don’t feel so uncomfortable on an empty stomach. Generally, I prefer to eat two bananas, and bananas are also very effective in sobering up.

3Then, drink some juice.

If you have the conditions, you can drink some fruit juice to neutralize the alcohol. Every time, my wife would squeeze some tomato juice for me, and after I drank it, I wouldn’t feel that burning sensation.

4 If you like drinking milk, you can drink some milk to ease the absorption of alcohol.

Of course, it doesn’t have to be with juice. Juice is more troublesome. Sometimes, there is milk at home, and I will slowly drink a glass of milk, which is very effective in sobering up.

5. Other sobering drinks vary from person to person and are chosen according to conditions.

Of course, there are many other ways to sober up. Apart from the above, I have tried the others myself. For example, there are celery juice, vinegar, fresh grapes, orange peel water, etc. There are many little tricks. I think, no matter what, you have to decide based on your own preferences and the conditions at the time. Just eat something simple.

6 Eat a moderate amount and then take a nap.

Eat something appropriate. At this time, no one can eat much anyway. Your head will also be dizzy, so just lie down and rest and take a nap. This is a must. It is also a process of regulating body metabolism. You have to rest.

7 If you have a headache after waking up, drink some honey water.

When you wake up, if you find that you still have a headache, go and drink some honey water, which is very effective in relieving headaches after drinking. I usually wake up and have a drink, which is also very simple. Because my wife often drinks honey, we basically have it in our home.
