What is the disease of sweating a lot

The human body may experience sweating symptoms all year round. However, some people may sweat a lot, and this problem may not only occur in the summer, but also at other times. Excessive sweating may also be a sign of physical illness, because sweating is more likely to occur when the body is weak or nervous. So what is the disease of excessive sweating?

Sweating is a physiological function of the human body to excrete and regulate body temperature. However, if the pattern of sweating or the amount, color and smell of sweat changes, it may be a reminder of certain diseases and should be taken seriously. Some people love to sweat, whether in summer or winter, they often sweat profusely when eating or doing something, and they sweat profusely when they are a little nervous. This disease is medically called hyperhidrosis.

The main diseases that cause hyperhidrosis are as follows:

One is hypoglycemia. There are many causes of hypoglycemia. When an attack occurs, the main manifestation is symptoms of sympathetic nerve overexcitation. When an attack occurs, the sudden drop in blood sugar stimulates the sympathetic nerve excitement and releases a large amount of adrenaline, which can cause the patient to become pale, sweat coldly, and have tremors in the hands and feet.

The second is hyperthyroidism, abbreviated as hyperthyroidism. Heat intolerance and sweating are one of the characteristics of this disease. It also manifests as mental tension, personality changes, irritability, inability to concentrate, difficulty falling asleep and other symptoms. In addition, people with hyperthyroidism have an increased appetite, eat more, and become thinner. In hyperthyroidism, gastrointestinal function is enhanced, and most patients have increased frequency of bowel movements, as well as symptoms such as palpitations and decreased work efficiency.

The third is pheochromocytoma. The common symptom of pheochromocytoma is profuse sweating. The sweating is paroxysmal and sometimes continuous, but facial flushing or blanching may occur at the same time during paroxysmal attacks. There may also be symptoms such as palpitations, hand tremors, and cold limbs. However, the onset of this disease is often accompanied by a significant increase in blood pressure and the resulting headache symptoms. Fourth, diabetes. Due to the combined autonomic nervous system dysfunction, diabetes often also causes abnormally increased sweating. However, the patient also has "three mores and one less", namely "eating more, drinking more, urinating more and losing weight". It is generally not difficult to make a diagnosis through blood sugar and urine sugar tests. Many people know that sweat contains a lot of sodium chloride, so if you sweat a lot, you should supplement more salt, but some people ignore the need to supplement calcium after sweating.
