What are the remedies for yogurt not solidifying

Yogurt is particularly beneficial to the body. It contains lactic acid bacteria, which can promote metabolism and moisturize the intestines and promote bowel movements. In addition to the yogurt that everyone knows on the market, many people like to make their own yogurt at home and adjust it according to their own taste. However, some people encounter the problem of yogurt not solidifying during the process of making yogurt. They have tried many methods but to no avail. Although it can be eaten if it is not solidified, it is very difficult to eat because it is too watery. So is there any way to make yogurt solidify?

Yogurt machine to make yogurt:

1. Take the frozen yogurt starter out of the refrigerator;

2. Sterilize the container of the yogurt machine with boiling water;

3. Pour a small amount of pure milk into the container, then pour the whole packet of yogurt starter into the container, and stir thoroughly with a spoon or chopsticks;

4. Pour the remaining pure milk into the container and stir evenly again with a spoon or chopsticks;

5. Cover the container and put it into the yogurt machine;

6. When making it in winter, you can add warm water into the body;

7. Cover the top of the yogurt machine;

8. Plug in the plug and the yogurt machine starts working; the microcomputer yogurt machine needs to set the fermentation time (please refer to the instruction manual for details);

9. When pure yogurt is used as the fermentation source, the fermentation time is 6-8 hours; when yogurt starter is used as the fermentation source, the fermentation time is 8-12 hours. The fermentation time will be affected by the ambient temperature and the initial temperature of the raw materials, so when the ambient temperature is low or refrigerated milk is used, the time needs to be appropriately extended. But the maximum time shall not exceed 14 hours. (When pure yogurt is used as the fermentation source, the longest time is no more than 10 hours)

10. The fermented yogurt solidifies into a "tofu pudding" shape and can be eaten immediately when the temperature is around 40°C. In summer, put it in the refrigerator, the yogurt has a pure aroma and excellent taste;

11. Before eating yogurt, you can add fruit juice, fructose, honey, etc. to season it according to your taste.

Unfinished yogurt needs to be refrigerated at 4°C.
