Everyone likes to learn to sing, but they will find that when singing, they always have the problem of lack of breath. This will result in the failure to reach the high notes and the low notes, so that the singing tone is particularly unpleasant. Only by practicing the Dantian Qi well can the songs sung be more beautiful. Now many singers practice Dantian Qi every day. So how should Dantian Qi be practiced? Methods/Steps First: Enter into stillness Entering into a state of tranquility is the first and most crucial step in cultivating inner strength. It can be said that throughout the entire process of Qigong practice, one must constantly improve on entering a state of tranquility, but the degree of tranquility varies. Only by entering a state of tranquility can one enter the Qigong state. "Tranquility and nothingness, true energy follows" Method 1 to enter into tranquility: Breathing method. It is also called the method of following the breath, which means concentrating the mind on the breath, following the breath in and out, so as to achieve the method of replacing all thoughts with one thought. This is a convenient method for beginners. To calm your breathing, you can focus only on inhaling and not intentionally exhaling. You can also focus only on exhaling and ignore inhaling, or just follow the up and down breathing. When the practitioner has a certain foundation and the meridians in the whole body are unblocked, he can focus on the skin all over the body, use the pores of the skin to absorb the pure and spiritual air in the universe, and exhale the diseased air and turbid air in the body. Use this idea in conjunction with breathing for a while, and then relax, think about nothing, breathe naturally, keep the mind blank and the body relaxed and comfortable. Once distracting thoughts come up, use skin breathing to expel them. In this way, you can get rid of all thoughts and gradually enter a deep level of tranquility. The second method to enter into a state of tranquility: focusing the mind on entering into a state of tranquility. This is the most commonly used method. The main acupoints to be focused on include the upper, middle and lower Dantian, as well as the perineum, Mingmen and Yongquan points. The advantage of the mind-focusing method is that it is easy to gather energy. Get energy faster. But the disadvantage is that it is not easy to control the heat. The so-called degree of heat refers to the severity of the divine intention on the acupoint. It is generally required to be like guarding but not guarding, and to pay light attention to it. Either focus on the acupoints when exhaling, and release them when inhaling; or focus on the acupoints when inhaling, and release them when exhaling. Do not hold on to it too tightly, otherwise the Yang will become hyperactive and Qi will stagnate, causing discomfort throughout the body. When focusing your mind on an acupoint, most people focus their mind on the lower Dantian (one inch and five fen below the navel). Because the lower dantian is the source of true qi. Second: Dantian internal Qigong. The purpose of Dantian internal qigong is to gather a certain amount of Dantian qi to lay the foundation for the future small circulation. There are two types of Kung Fu: dynamic and static. Let’s talk about static Kung Fu first. Practitioners adopt a normal sitting posture, relax, calm down, clear their mind and breathe naturally. Close your mouth and eyes lightly, keep your head and body straight, hold your chest and sink your abdomen, silently move the innate light in your brain, and focus on the empty state of Dantian. That is, regard Dantian as a space, and let the divine light of your mind and eyes illuminate this space, to achieve "all thoughts are extinguished, and the spirit is alone aware." The innate true qi comes from nothingness, and the true yang in the dantian naturally emerges. In addition to static exercises, there are also dynamic exercises that can gather Dantian Qi. The exercises are as follows: Qi Gathering Method: This method mainly uses the Hunyuan Qi between heaven and earth to help gather the Qi in Dantian. The practitioner stands, relaxes the whole body, visualizes himself in the hazy cosmic Qi, and silently says "I am in it, the Qi is in me, nature and man are one, the Qi is at my disposal." Then use your palm to draw circles at the lower dantian, left for men and right for women, from small to large, until the whole body is in the circle, and then from large to small. When drawing circles, imagine that all the energy and light energy of the universe are being mobilized and gathered towards your lower abdomen, the center point of the circle. When drawing circles, use your hands to stir the surrounding aura with your mind, as if stirring a basin of water, forming a vortex of aura, allowing the true qi to gather in the lower dantian. The key to this practice is intention. Once the intention is there, better results can be achieved. |
