When looking at the computer screen for more than 1 hour, you should close your eyes immediately, relax your eyes for 5 seconds, and then start to use the tips of your index, middle and ring fingers of both hands to gently place on your eyelids and gently press the eyeballs. After pressing 20 times, start to massage the eyeballs in a clockwise and counterclockwise motion. Stop after about 20 seconds.

How to use eye drops correctly

The scientific operation method is to gently lift the lower eyelid, drop the medicine into the lower conjunctival sac, and then drop it at the corner of the eye, avoid dropping it directly into the pupil, close the eyes lightly for a few seconds, and after dropping the medicine, lightly press the inner corner of the eye to prevent the eye drops from flowing into the throat through the nasolacrimal duct and irritating the gastrointestinal tract and causing adverse reactions.

Hot compress

Frequently fumigating your eyes with hot water, hot towels or steam can promote blood circulation in the eyes and reduce eye fatigue.
