The treatment of hemorrhagic fever should be carried out according to different periods. During the fever period, patients should rest as much as possible, avoid lifting heavy objects, and be given high-nutrition and high-fiber foods. In the hypotensive shock period, attention should be paid to correctly responding to shock problems and replenishing blood volume in time. 1. Treatment during the fever period 1. General treatment: In the early stage, the patient should strictly rest in bed and avoid being moved to prevent shock. The patient should be given a high-nutrition, high-vitamin and easily digestible diet. 2. Fluid therapy: During the fever period, due to the unique damage to the vascular system, there is a large amount of plasma exudation and bleeding; high fever, reduced food intake, or accompanied by vomiting or diarrhea, resulting in a large amount of body fluid loss, a sharp decrease in blood volume and serious disturbance of the internal environment, which are the main causes of hypotension shock and kidney damage. 3. Corticosteroid therapy: If the poisoning symptoms are severe, hydrocortisone 100-200 mg per day or dexamethasone 5-10 mg can be diluted in liquid and slowly dripped in divided doses. 4. Hemostatic and anticoagulant therapy: Depending on the bleeding situation, use hemostatic, anluoxue and Baiyao as appropriate, but antifibrinolytic drugs should be avoided in the early stage. 2. Treatment of Hypotension Shock Stage In response to the pathophysiological changes caused by shock, we should replenish blood volume, correct colloid osmotic pressure and acid-base balance, adjust vasomotor function, eliminate red blood cell and platelet aggregation, prevent DIC formation and microcirculatory congestion, and maintain the functions of important organs. 3. Treatment of oliguria Including the transitional stage and the early stage of polyuria, the treatment principle should be to maintain the balance of the internal environment, promote diuresis, prevent and treat complications such as uremia, acidosis, hypervolemia, bleeding, pulmonary edema and secondary infection. 4. Treatment of polyuria The principle of treatment is to replenish fluids and electrolytes in a timely manner to prevent dehydration, hypokalemia and hyponatremia, and to prevent secondary infection. The principle of supplementation is to take in as much as you give out, mainly orally, and pay attention to the supplementation of sodium and potassium. 5. Treatment during the recovery period Pay attention to rest, strengthen nutrition and increase activity to prevent colds and other infectious diseases. |
