Sardines are a type of marine fish that is relatively high in nutrients and is also a food that many people like to eat. However, many people are worried that eating sardines may cause some side effects, which may endanger the health of the eater. In fact, sardines generally have no side effects as long as they are consumed normally. However, sardines are not suitable for people with the following health conditions!

1. Gout patients

Sardines are not suitable for gout patients because fish contain purine substances. Gout patients suffer from stroke due to metabolic disorders of purine substances in the body. Therefore, gout patients must be careful not to eat sardines, otherwise it will cause serious consequences.

2. Patients with bleeding disorders

Patients with bleeding disorders, such as thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, vitamin K deficiency, etc., are not suitable to eat or should eat less sardines, because the fish contains certain substances that inhibit platelet aggregation, thereby aggravating bleeding symptoms and causing serious damage to the body.
