What kind of exercise can I do before going to bed to increase my height

But we all know that height growth occurs when we are asleep, otherwise how can we say that drinking milk before bed will make us grow taller? However, doing some exercise before going to bed is also good for growth. As for what kind of exercise will be helpful, let this editor introduce it to you.

Stretch your legs. Choose a place where you can put your feet, lift one leg, stand still and straighten the other leg, and slowly press down to stretch the ligaments.

Tai Chi. As the basic boxing technique of Taekwondo, Tai Chi involves a certain amount of strength and is relatively soothing. It does not require a large space and can be done in a room or living room. Among them, various leg techniques can exercise the leg muscles and promote height growth.

Aerobic yoga. If women want to grow taller, they can stretch their bodies and move their bones through aerobic yoga before going to bed, which can calm their minds and help relax their body and mind.

Do joint flexion and extension exercises. Attach the drawstring to the pedal joints and tie it up, then lie on your back; simultaneously hook both toes upward with force, then simultaneously jump forward with force with both toes, repeat rhythmically 18-25 times; inhale when hooking your toes, and exhale when jumping your toes. Calf stretching exercise. After fastening the straps, lie on your back and stretch and retract your legs along the bed at the same time. When retracting, the calf and thigh should form a 90-degree angle. Repeat 15-20 times, inhale when retracting your legs, and exhale when straightening your legs.

Thigh push exercise. After fastening the strap, lie on your back, use your thighs to pull your legs in front of your abdomen so that they are 90 degrees to your body, and then use your heels to push and stretch your legs hard; inhale when you pull your thighs in, exhale when you push and stretch, and silently say "long, long, long" in your mind; repeat 10-20 times.

Dragonfly movement. Tie the upper limb straps to your shoulders, lie prone, stretch your arms back naturally, and when you take a deep breath, stretch your arms backwards, lift your upper body, tilt your head back, and lift your legs up at the same time, so that your whole body is like a flying dragonfly; relax when you exhale, and repeat 5-8 times.

Some friends would ask me if it is okay to just drink milk before going to bed without exercising. I can only say that combining work and rest is the best. What's more, growing taller is not just an acquired factor, sometimes innate factors are more important. It is not enough to exercise for only one or two days, the key is to persist.
