What should I do if I am always nervous during exams?

Examinations are a common occurrence in life, and some people get so nervous every time that the results are always unsatisfactory. 4. Check things related to the exam. Check carefully all the things you will bring to the exam, and put your ID card, admission ticket, 2B pencils, pens, erasers and other related items in a bag. You should know that many people miss the exam because they don't bring enough things they need for the exam. If you have prepared these, you have already won at the starting point.

5. Appropriate exercise. If you cannot relieve the tension, you can do moderate exercise, but certainly not strenuous exercise. For example, jogging for 20 minutes, because exercise can secrete dopamine, which can make people excited. But you must not exercise excessively, otherwise the benefits will outweigh the costs.

6. Communicate effectively. You can communicate with your teachers, family, and friends, and say something to divert your attention and relieve your nervousness.

7. Treat it with a normal mind. Although many people know that they should keep a calm mind, but who can remain calm before the real test comes?
