As the dosage increases, the clinical manifestations can range from mild sedation and hypnosis to coma, antianxiety and anticonvulsant drugs. It is used for anxiety, fear, insomnia, and muscle spasms. Diazepam has the advantages of rapid onset of action, good sleep, and safety. The usual dosage is 2.5-5 mg taken orally once and 7.5-15 mg per day. However, its side effects are also quite obvious, such as drowsiness, sleepiness, dizziness, fatigue, tremor, blurred vision, and irritability.

2. Paroxetine tablets

The commonly used dose is 20-60 mg/day, which can be taken as a single dose. It has an excellent anti-anxiety effect and is the first choice for treating all types of anxiety disorders because it is indeed effective, especially in the treatment of anxiety disorders. When other drugs are ineffective, switching to Seroxat can still be effective. Therefore, in the treatment guidelines for anxiety disorders, it is clearly stated that it is the first choice drug for various anxiety disorders. Some experience in application: When you start taking Seroxat, take half a tablet first, and then increase to 1 tablet after a few days. If you stop taking the medication, reduce the dosage slowly and do not stop taking Seroxat all at once. Some patients may experience a certain sedative effect after taking the medicine, and can take the medicine at night, usually in the morning; some patients may experience transient hypertension, and patients with hypertension need to monitor their blood pressure.

3. There is also the common drug chlordiazepoxide

Chlordiazepoxide has sedative, antianxiety, muscle relaxant and anticonvulsant effects. It is often used to treat insomnia, irritability, hypertension, headache, etc. in patients with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive neurosis, hysteria, and neurasthenia. For adults, take 5-10 mg of chlordiazepoxide at a time, and 15-40 mg per day. In severe cases, take 20 mg at a time, 3 times a day. If symptoms improve, the dosage should be immediately reduced to 5-10 mg per time. The dosage should be reduced for the elderly and frail. For sedation in children, 5 mg each time, 1 to 3 times a day for children over 5 years old.

Anxiety disorders generally lead to depression and symptoms of depression. If the depression and symptoms of depression are severe, tricyclic antidepressants, diazepam, and chlordiazepoxide can also be used together with the drugs. You can also take some vitamin B1 appropriately. Vitamin B1 can improve symptoms such as tension, anxiety, and mental shock.
