What should I do if my clothes are stained?

When we wash clothes, we are most afraid of clothes getting stained. If some clothes are stained, it will not only affect the appearance, but may also stain other clothes. It would be a pity to throw them away directly, but if we don't throw them away, the stained clothes will have a special impact on their appearance. In fact, if clothes are stained, we can use some methods to remove the dyed color on the clothes. The following introduces how to remove the color after the clothes are stained.

What to do if striped clothes are stained? 1. Clothes color fixing method: In order to reduce the fading of color, new clothes can be treated with advanced color fixing, so that they will not fade so easily when washed later. Add an appropriate amount of salt to cold water to make a concentrated brine. Soak the clothes in it for about 2 hours and then wash them normally so that they will not fade easily. 2. To wash clothes that are easy to fade, first soak the clothes in salt water for about 30 minutes, then rinse them with clean water, and then wash them according to the general washing method. This will prevent your clothes from fading, especially black or red clothes. 3. When clothes are stained or have stubborn stains, you can apply an appropriate amount of Tide All-Purpose Laundry Detergent to the stain, wait for 10 to 15 minutes, and then wash normally to remove color stains, prevent deposition, and brighten the original color. 4. To deal with staining, you can also boil water with a lemon slice and soak the clothes in the water, then wash after about 15 minutes. You can also use rice washing water or put orange peels in a pot, add water and boil them, then soak the stained clothes in it and scrub them to easily make the clothes white again.

Tips for removing stains from clothes : 1. Cleaning with a mixture of soap and alkali water. Put the dyed clothes in a basin, soak them in clean water first, and then take them out. Then soak the clothes in a freshly boiled mixture of soapy water and alkaline water for ten minutes. Finally, just rub it gently with water and the dye will be rubbed off. This will restore the clothes to their original color. 2. Cleaning method with 84 disinfectant. 84 disinfectant has bleaching properties, so it can be used to treat dyed clothes. However, because of this characteristic, this method is only suitable for dyed white clothes or very light colored clothes. The specific operation method is: put the stained clothes into a basin, pour some freshly boiled water and some 84 disinfectant (the amount of disinfectant should be determined according to the area and depth of the stained clothes), soak for 15 minutes, and then gently rub the stained area of the clothes with your hands.

3. Cleaning with hydrogen peroxide solution. Put the clothes in a basin of cold water, then add hydrogen peroxide to the basin until the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to water is close to 1:10. Soak for about 5 minutes. Simply rub the stained garment with your hands. Note: Do not use hydrogen peroxide to directly apply to the stained area of clothing. When adding hydrogen peroxide to water, try to avoid dropping it directly on clothing. 4. Cleaning method with potassium permanganate and acetic acid solution. Prepare some low concentration potassium permanganate solution and soak the dyed clothes in it. After about 15 minutes, take out the dark red clothes and rinse them with clean water. Next, prepare a small amount of low-concentration acetic acid solution and soak the clothes that have been soaked in potassium permanganate. When the clothes turn back to their original color (including the dyed areas) from dark red, take them out and wash them again with clean water. This method is very effective in removing color and will not damage the original color of the clothes. 5. Cleaning method with laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. Dissolve strong laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid in warm water in a 1:1 ratio, soak the stained clothes for at least half an hour, and then wash them by hand. If it is still not clean, you can add a small amount of detergent to soak and scrub. Note: this method uses the fading color of the clothes themselves to reduce the color difference between the dyed color block. 6. Rub with salt. Wet the stained area of the clothes, rub the wet area with large salt grains or table salt, then rub it gently with your hands repeatedly until the stained color disappears, and then wash it with clean water.
