How to clean a deep fryer

1. Start the electric deep fryer and dilute the detergent in the ratio of 1:5 (detergent: water). Use a spray bottle or rag to spray (or wipe) the surface of the fryer directly for 5 minutes, then scrub with a soft brush and rinse with clean water.

2. For deep fryers, dilute this product into a 5-10% solution, heat and soak the inner wall of the deep fryer for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse with clean water. If there are stubborn stains, scrub with a soft brush.

Cleaning of the basket:

1. Dilute the cleaning agent with water.

2. Soak the baking tray and grill to be cleaned in the diluted detergent solution for 10-15 minutes.

4. Rinse the fryer with tap water.
