The lesions of antral gastritis are mostly limited to the muscularis mucosa, but can also spread to the muscularis and serosa. The gastric antral mucosa showed edema, congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrous tissue hyperplasia, among which the submucosal layer was most obvious. In addition, when there is mucosal erosion, glandular atrophy and intestinal gland hyperplasia, antral gastritis rarely exists alone, and often exists at the same time as peptic ulcer or gastric cancer. Because antral gastritis is closely related to atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer and gastric cancer, we should pay great attention to it.
