Beware of the huge harm caused by testicular cancer

Testicles are very important for men, so once there is a problem with the testicles, many people cannot accept it. They feel that they have lost their male dignity and are under a lot of pressure. So, what kind of harm can testicular cancer cause? Today, let us learn about the huge harm caused by testicular cancer.

Let’s first understand the symptoms of testicular cancer:

Common symptoms of testicular tumors include joint pain, difficulty breathing, nodules, cough, etc.

Testicular tumors are often found accidentally as a mass in the scrotum, and there is also a sense of local dull pain and heaviness. Cryptorchidism may cause groin and lower abdominal masses. A sudden enlargement of an atrophic testicle should be considered a tumor. Acute pain is uncommon, but 10% of cases may have symptoms similar to orchitis or epidermitis. Patients mainly show symptoms of metastatic cancer, such as supraclavicular enlarged lymph nodes, lung metastasis, cough and dyspnea, etc.

The testicular examination begins with the healthy side for comparison of size, firmness, and contour. Tumors are generally insensitive and do not feel like normal tissue. The epididymis is clearly separated, with no adhesions between the tunica vaginalis and scrotum, and often no fluid accumulation. Tumor size and presence of metastatic disease are often manifested as an irregular mass within normal testicular tissue.

The dangers of testicular cancer:

1. Testicular diseases that are not cured for a long time will cause loss of essence and kidney, loss of vitality, cold limbs, back pain, and premature aging.

2. It causes male sexual function to decline or even completely lose its sexual function.

3. It causes dead sperm, azoospermia, loss of fertility, and transmits inflammatory bacteria to the spouse, causing gynecological diseases.

4. Induce serious diseases: spermatocystocele, cerebrovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, endocrine diseases, nephritis and other kidney diseases, urinary tract infections, malignant tumors, etc.
