Drugs that lower alanine aminotransferase

Drugs that lower alanine aminotransferase

Do you know something about transaminase? This drug is mainly suitable for liver diseases. It can help other amino acids to be transformed, thereby reducing the burden on the liver organ. This can help patients with liver diseases solve physical problems. However, many people do not know about this medicine, so today I will introduce its main functions in detail so that everyone can use it better.

First of all, transaminases include alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. When transaminases are elevated to a certain extent, from a treatment perspective, transaminases are an observation item for observing the severity of liver disease, rather than a treatment target. Although my country has developed a number of effective preparations for lowering transaminase, which can quickly degrade alanine aminotransferase in serum after use, the effect can be said to be immediate, but the effect of simple enzyme-lowering drugs is very limited. Liver disease experts remind patients to be cautious when using enzyme-lowering drugs. There are many drugs used clinically to lower transaminase, and the most effective one is bifendate. Tablets, pills, compound granules and bicyclol (Bisano) are all strong alanine aminotransferase-lowering drugs. However, it is only limited to the cleavage effect of alanine aminotransferase, and does not have a true liver-protecting and enzyme-anti-inflammatory effect.

(1) Schisandra chinensis: It has the functions of nourishing the lungs and kidneys, promoting the production of body fluids and restraining sweat, astringing semen and stopping diarrhea, and calming the mind and tranquilizing the nerves. It can significantly reduce and inhibit liver tissue damage and can reduce the activity of alanine aminotransferase in humans and animals. The schisandrin it contains has obvious liver-protecting effects.

(2) Patrinia scabra: It has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxifying, eliminating carbuncle and draining pus, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. This product contains oleanolic acid, volatile oil essence, sinigrin and other ingredients, which can promote liver cell regeneration, prevent liver cell degeneration, improve liver function, and thus reduce enzymes and flocs.

(3) Schisandra chinensis preparations:

★Bifendate: Bifendate is a kind of artificially synthesized product, which has obvious effect of lowering aminotransferase and few side effects. At present, it is believed that this drug has the strongest enzyme-lowering effect among domestic and foreign drugs for treating hepatitis. However, it may sometimes cause elevated aminotransferase, so it should be used with caution. Currently, the commonly used Schisandra compound preparations include Gan Dezhi, Jian Gan Ling, etc.

★Bicyclol has significant liver protection and certain anti-HBV activity. Its mechanism of action is not to inhibit aminotransferase, but to scavenge free radicals to protect cell membranes, and can protect liver cell nuclear DNA from damage and reduce the occurrence of cell apoptosis. It is suitable for the treatment of elevated aminotransferase caused by chronic hepatitis. The patient's clinical symptoms, signs and liver function changes should be closely observed during medication, and follow-up should be strengthened after the end of the treatment.

(4) Glycyrrhizic acid preparations: They have strong anti-inflammatory, liver cell protection and liver function improvement effects; they also have anti-allergic, calcium ion influx inhibition and immune regulation effects. Suitable for chronic hepatitis accompanied by elevated alanine aminotransferase. The main ingredient of the enzyme-lowering drugs Qianglining, Meiner and Ganlixin injections that are commonly used in clinical practice is glycyrrhizin, which can stabilize the stem cell membrane, reduce the permeability of the liver cell membrane, and reduce the degree of damage to the liver cells. This drug has fewer side effects, and some patients may experience dry mouth and dizziness, but these side effects do not affect the treatment. Finally, I would like to remind everyone that there are many drugs that can lower transaminase, but you must be cautious when using them and pay attention to the course of treatment.
