What's wrong with my head being confused

Nowadays, many people often feel that their heads suddenly become heavy and their brains become dizzy, like a ball of paste. Some people feel confused because their nerves are compressed. Because most people sit in front of the computer for a long time, the cervical spine will become deformed, and the deformed cervical spine will compress the brain nerves and cause the head to become dizzy. Let’s take a look at what causes confusion in the brain.

Four major factors of head heaviness

1. Cervical vertebra degeneration: Due to long-term poor posture or sleeping position, the cervical vertebrae will grow, deform, and degenerate, the neck muscles will tighten, and the arterial blood supply will be blocked, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain. This is the main cause of dizziness. The neck is often tight, flexibility is limited, and there is occasional pain, numbness, coldness, and a feeling of heaviness.

2. Anemia: If you experience dizziness accompanied by fatigue and pale complexion, the possibility of anemia should be considered. Under healthy conditions, the amount of hematopoietic tissue, quality and quantity of hematopoiesis in the elderly have decreased, and the aging of red blood cells themselves makes their utilization of iron much lower than before. Therefore, if the elderly do not pay attention to nutritional health, they are likely to suffer from anemia. In addition, patients with dyspenia, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding and chronic inflammatory diseases may all develop anemia.

3. High blood viscosity: Hyperlipidemia, thrombocytosis, etc. can increase blood viscosity and slow blood flow, causing insufficient blood supply to the brain, and easily causing symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, and weakness. There are many reasons for hyperlipidemia, the most important of which is the unreasonable dietary structure. Patients eat a lot of high-fat and cholesterol foods and do not like to exercise. Currently, the incidence of this type of disease is on the rise.

4. Cerebral arteriosclerosis: Patients feel dizzy and often suffer from insomnia, tinnitus, emotional instability, forgetfulness, and numbness in the limbs. Cerebral arteriosclerosis reduces the inner diameter of cerebral blood vessels, reduces blood flow in the brain, causes insufficient blood and oxygen supply to the brain, and causes dizziness.

The above are the reasons for headaches and dizziness that we introduced to you. Most of them are caused by anemia, so we should also pay attention to nutrition and health care in daily life. In addition, if people have cervical spine problems or arteriosclerosis, it may also cause a heavy head. For these phenomena, it is necessary to start treatment from the pathogen in time.
